Baking pan sizes: the conversion chart in inches and cm, with volumes and the swaps that work
A 9-inch round and an 8-inch square hold the same batter. A 20 cm tin is an 8-inch, a 24 cm is a 9-inch plus 10 %. Two 9 × 13 make a half sheet. The whole chart, and the rule for everything else.
